Jen Rowe has been helping women and moms in North Vancouver get strong, feel confident, and stay motivated since 2000. After discovering her love of fitness post-pregnancy, Jen set out to create a supportive space for women to achieve their goals safely — without the intimidation of big gyms. Her completely private personal training studio in the Seymour area is one of the few of its kind on the North Shore, offering personalized sessions and small group classes in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after having kids, or looking to push your limits, Jen’s approach makes fitness accessible and enjoyable.
Special Features
Jen offers one-on-one personal training, small group classes, and flexible online fitness options — including live-stream and on-demand workouts. Group classes are kept small (max 6 people) so everyone gets individual attention, and all fitness levels are welcome. For busy moms, kids are welcome to play in the on-site play area during training sessions — a thoughtful touch that makes staying active possible for more women. Online memberships include access to over 100 on-demand videos, live weekly classes, and regular check-ins from Jen herself to help you stay motivated. Programs range from strength and HIIT to yoga, stretch, and even hiking, so there’s something for every mood and goal.
