Seymour Dance, located at 808 Lytton St in North Vancouver, has been a cornerstone of the North Shore dance community for over 50 years, fostering the joy of dance in a caring environment since its founding in 1968. Now owned by Marissa Ferraro, Lauren Deane, and Katie Lowen—former students turned passionate leaders—this studio offers a vibrant space where creativity thrives.
Special Features
Seymour Dance dazzles with a diverse array of classes—Ballet (RAD certified), Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Tap, and Acrobatics—offered in recreational, competitive, and pre-professional streams, all taught in four Marley-floored studios with two-way viewing mirrors. Their award-winning legacy shines through annual performances like "The Nutcracker" at Centennial Theatre, community shows, and top-tier competitions, guided by highly qualified instructors. Nestled near Deep Cove, this studio fosters self-expression and teamwork, creating a nurturing “second home” for dancers with a student lounge for homework and bonding.
