About
Deep Cove Park is a scenic waterfront destination on The North Shore Edge, offering a mix of outdoor adventure and relaxation. With a beach, walking pier, and stunning views of Indian Arm, it’s perfect for families, paddlers, and nature lovers. The calm waters make it a popular spot for kayaking and paddleboarding, with rentals available at Deep Cove Kayak Centre. The park also connects to hiking trails, including the well-known Baden-Powell Trail to Quarry Rock. Public restrooms are available, and dogs are welcome on-leash. Parking is limited and pay-only from March to October, so arriving early or using transit is recommended.
Special Features
The park features a playground with slides and climbing, picnic tables, and a beach for swimming and sunbathing. The pier offers a scenic walk with panoramic views of Indian Arm, making it a great spot to watch the boats. Nearby trails provide easy access to the surrounding forest, while Deep Cove Village is just a short walk away for coffee, treats, and shopping.
